A few ground rules for play.

1. Using the arcade

Flerovia Arcade is a directory and embedded player for original browser games. By using the site, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Minors should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. What the service provides

The arcade offers a searchable collection, game guides, browser-only favorites and recent launches, and an embedded player. Some games run from this site and others load from separate hosts after you choose Play. This version has no arcade accounts, paid access, public comments or cash prizes. Game features and availability can change.

3. Free access and your device

This version provides free game access without an arcade account. You are responsible for your device, browser and internet connection. Each game may require different controls, graphics capabilities or screen orientation. A touch-control listing does not guarantee identical behavior on every device. Game language and controls are identified on the relevant page.

4. Original work and third-party components

The collection contains original games. The arcade’s branding, original copy and design are also original site material. Games may include third-party libraries, fonts, sounds or music under their own licenses. Those components remain the property of their respective owners.

GitHub links on the externally hosted game pages provide a way to inspect project sources and applicable notices. Public source availability is not a blanket license to redistribute or sell a game. Follow the actual repository license for code and the separate terms for assets. Where no redistribution license is provided, request permission before reuse. Share game-page links freely.

5. Music and acknowledgments

Below the Oath uses music by Scott Buckley under CC BY 4.0, with track details provided in that game’s credits and summarized on its arcade page. Other game-specific credits and dependency notices remain inside each game or repository. Embedding a game does not replace those acknowledgments or transfer third-party ownership.

6. Copyright requests

Send copyright concerns to [email protected] with “Copyright” in the subject. Identify the protected work, the exact arcade or embedded-game URL, your contact details and your relationship to the rights holder. Explain the disputed use and provide supporting information sufficient to understand the concern. Your contact details should allow a reply. We will review the request and, where appropriate, correct attribution, remove or restrict the material while it is investigated. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial report.

7. Fair and lawful use

Use the arcade lawfully and respect other players, creators and service providers. Do not interfere with other users or infrastructure, bypass access restrictions, inject malicious code, exploit a game to attack its host, or misrepresent another person’s work as your own. Do not submit unlawful or abusive material through contact channels. The arcade does not provide public comments, chat, uploads or user accounts in this version.

8. Game sessions and progress

Games load in iframes, either from their own external hosts or from this site. The arcade cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, automatically pause external games, or recover saved progress. The smaller games on this site do not save their current run. Reload and Unload affect the active frame. Clearing favorites or recent games changes the arcade library only. Browser cleanup, private browsing or host changes may remove game saves; keep any in-game export or backup that a game provides.

9. External services

Game hosts, GitHub and other linked services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Follow a direct link only if you wish to visit that service. Links and embedded content do not imply that third-party service providers endorse Flerovia Arcade.

10. Availability and limitations

The arcade and games are provided as available. We do not promise error-free operation, a particular score or outcome, compatibility with every browser, or permanent access to a host. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss arising from outages or lost game progress. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and questions
